Access:

White Moose - Midtown requires a flight of stairs to access the studio.

Upon completion of booking your studio time, you will receive an automated confirmation email with details on how to access the space. (Check your spam first, but if you still do not see the email, email us IMMEDIATELY at info@whitemoosestudios.com.)

Cancellations/Reschedules:

We allow unlimited reschedules as long as it is 3+ days prior to your scheduled time. You will use the reschedule link in your confirmation email to make those changes. We do not offer refunds under ANY circumstance.

Start/End Time:

You must allow for set/clean-up time during your reservation. The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time or you will be fined a reset or cleaning fee.

Full Rental Agreement:
You must agree to the rental agreement upon booking. You can read it here.
